How to compare private tour guide prices
A guide’s headline price is only useful when you know what it covers. Before comparing two guides, use the same destination, dates, language and group size. Then check the included time and services. The cheapest displayed option may describe a shorter visit or leave more expenses outside the guiding fee.
Group price, days and service hours
FINDAGU search shows prices for the group and dates you entered. Check the rate type, daily guiding hours and maximum group size. A multi-day guiding fee is not a complete holiday package: accommodation, transfers and admission are included only if the guide’s published services explicitly say so. Compare the same scope before choosing.
Read inclusions and exclusions together
Look for ticket arrangements, transport, meals, equipment and extra time in the guide’s service description. If something is not clear, resolve it before the visit rather than assuming it is included. Decide which optional expenses you are comfortable paying separately. Keep the booking’s confirmed guiding fee distinct from those additional purchases.
What FINDAGU records, and who receives payment
When you request a published rate, the server records the selected rate and computes the booking price. That confirmation gives both parties a reference for the agreed guiding fee. FINDAGU does not collect the tour payment, hold money in escrow or provide a refund guarantee. Payment timing and method are arranged directly with the guide; review them before the tour.
When the guide does not confirm
The selected guide has 30 minutes to respond. If the request is declined or expires, the matching process can present available alternatives under the same core search criteria. Review the alternative’s own price and services before choosing it. You are not automatically charged or booked with another guide.
